30-Day Return Window:
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after your purchase date to request a return or an exchange. To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original packaging and at least half-full.

Returns:
Once your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
Exchanges:
We understand that skincare is personal. If a product isn’t the right fit for your skin type and you’d like to try one of our other formulas (e.g., swapping your Face Oil for our Moisturizer), we offer easy exchanges.
Please reach out within the 30-day window to arrange an exchange.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item, or wait for our team to process the manual swap.
Damaged or Incorrect Items:
Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

- Gift cards
- Items purchased more than 30 days ago
- Products that have been completely used
